Introduction:
Apple's consumer desktop computer is the iMac. The all-in-one aluminium and glass iMac was launched on 7th August 2007 and were last updated in May 2011.
The iMac is a flat panel computer. It comes in two models: 21.5" or 27" versions, and has a fast Intel i5 processor (chip). It also has a small video camera built-in, allowing you to use this computer for video conferencing (broadband necessary).
The ports (sockets) are positioned on the back of the screen, and the CD/DVD ("Superdrive") drive slot is on the top right. The whole unit can be tilted and its design means that your desk is left uncluttered.
