Apple TV

Apple TV was announced in 2006 and launched in 2007. It connects to widescreen TVs, and streams video and audio from Macs/PCs. This means you can view your iTunes and other audio/video content on your TV.
Apple TV links to your Mac and displays your iPhoto, iTunes and other media on your TV. This can be done across your wireless (Airport) network.
The latest Apple TV was revised in September 2010 with a new streaming only design (no internal storage). It now has a faster Apple A4 chip inside.
