The 3G versions of the iPad have the same features as the Wi-Fi model above, but add in the facility to insert a micro-SIM card from a mobile operator. This allows you to use 3G data on the road, and connect to the internet from any area with a 3G signal. However bear in mind you will need to get this micro-SIM card from Vodafone, O2, 3 etc, and pay for this service.
The Wi-Fi +3G versions comes with three storage options- 16, 32 or 64GB.
